Question 1

Is soft washing safe for my roof and siding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and eco-friendly cleaning solutions designed specifically for delicate surfaces like roof shingles, stucco, and vinyl siding. It eliminates algae, mold, and mildew without causing damage.

Question 2

How often should I have my property pressure washed in Florida?

Accepted Answer

In Florida's humid climate, we recommend professional exterior cleaning at least once per year. Roofs and north-facing walls may need cleaning every 6-9 months due to rapid algae and mold growth.

Yes. Uber's Over & Above Power Washing is locally licensed and fully insured. We protect your property and our team on every job.
